தேசிய வீட்டு வசதி வங்கியில் காலியாக உள்ள Assistant Manager (Scale I), Deputy Manager (Scale II), Regional Manager (Scale IV) – Risk Management ஆகிய பணியிடங்களை நிரப்பிடுவதற்கான அறிவிப்பு (NHB Recruitment 2021) வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.
மொத்தம் 19 பணியிடங்கள் உள்ள நிலையில் இப்பணிகளுக்கு ரூ. 36,000 – 76,010 வரையில் ஊதியம் நிர்ணயம் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. தகுதியும், விருப்பமும் உள்ளவர்கள் கீழ்காணும் முறையில் விண்ணப்பித்து பயனடையலாம்.

Assistant Manager (Scale I)
Academic qualification:
– A full time Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with minimum of 60% marks (55% in case of SC/ST/PwBD) or a full time Master’s Degree in any discipline with aggregate minimum of 55% marks (50% in case of SC/ST/PwBD) from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.
– Candidates possessing qualification of Chartered Accountant/CMA/Company Secretary may also apply.
– The candidate must possess valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate/ Professional qualification certificate that he/ she is a graduate/postgraduate/Chartered Accountant/CMA/ Company Secretary (wherever applicable) as on 01.12.2021 and indicate the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation/Postgraduation/professional qualifications while registering online.
Post Qualification Experience: While no prior experience is required, any relevant experience would be given weightage.
Broad skill sets required: Communication skills written and oral, analytical ability and general understanding of economic scenario.
Deputy Manager (Scale II)
Academic qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
Desirable: MBA (Finance) will be preferred.
Minimum Post-qualification Experience: 02 years’ experience in Banks/FI/Regulatory Bodies in India handling Credit Appraisal, Audit and Risk.
Regional Manager (Scale IV) – Risk Management
Academic qualification: Graduate degree, with
(a) professional qualification in Financial Risk Management from Global Association of Risk Professionals, or
(b) Professional Risk Management Certification from PRMIA Institute;
Desirable educational qualifications:
(a) Holder of Chartered Financial Analyst charter awarded by CFA Institute, or
(b) Designated as Chartered Accountant by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, or equivalent abroad, or
(c) Designated as a Cost and Management Accountant by the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, or equivalent abroad
Mandatory experience: 2 years’ experience in corporate credit and risk management at the level of Manager (Scale – II) or above in one or more PSBs, or having similar roles and responsibilities in one or more regulated lending entity, with minimum experience of one year in corporate credit and one year in risk management.
Desirable experience: Good understanding of market risk and/or liquidity management and/or operational risk, with exposure to analytics being an added desirable experience.

Application Registration
i. Candidates to go to the National Housing Bank website www.nhb.org.in click on the section “Opportunities@NHB” “CURRENT VACANCIES” “Recruitment of Officers in Various Scales – 2021” “Click here to Apply Online” which will open a new screen.
ii. To register application, choose the tab “Click here for New Registration” and enter Name, Contact details and Email-id. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. Candidate should note down the Provisional Registration Number and Password. An Email & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration number and Password will also be sent. They can reopen the saved data using Provisional registration number and password and edit the particulars, if needed.
iii. Candidates are required to upload their –
- Photograph
- Signature
- Left thumb impression
- A hand written declaration
as per the specifications given in Point 11 (C) to this Advertisement.
iv. In case the candidate is unable to complete the application form in one go, he / she can save the data already entered by choosing “SAVE AND NEXT” tab. Prior to submission of the online application candidates are advised to use the “SAVE AND NEXT” facility to verify the details in the online application form and modify the same if required. Visually Impaired candidates should fill the application form carefully and verify/ get the details verified to ensure that the same are correct prior to final submission.
v. Candidates are advised to carefully fill and verify the details filled in the online application themselves as no change will be possible/ entertained after clicking the FINAL SUBMIT BUTTON.
vi. The Name of the candidate or his /her Father/ Husband etc. should be spelt correctly in the application as it appears in the Certificates/ Mark sheets/Identity proof. Any change/alteration
found may disqualify the candidature.
vii. Validate your details and Save your application by clicking the ‘Validate your details’ and ‘Save
& Next’ button.
viii. Candidates can proceed to upload Photo & Signature as per the specifications given in the Guidelines for Scanning and Upload of Photograph and Signature detailed under Point 11 (C) below.
ix. Candidates can proceed to fill other details of the Application Form.
x. Click on the Preview Tab to preview and verify the entire application form before FINAL SUBMIT.
xi. Modify details, if required, and click on ‘FINAL SUBMIT’ ONLY’ after verifying and ensuring that the photograph, signature uploaded and other details filled by you are correct.
xii. Click on ‘Payment’ Tab and proceed for payment.
xiii. Click on ‘Submit’ button.
