1.பணியின் பெயர்: Social Worker

Social Worker பணிக்கு 02 காலிப் பணியிடங்கள் உள்ளதாக தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது, இப்பணிக்கு விண்ணப்பிக்க விரும்பும் விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் குழந்தைகள் தொடர்பான உடல்நலம், கல்வி அல்லது குழந்தைகளுக்கான நலப்பணிகளில் குறைந்தது 7 ஆண்டுகள் முனைப்புடன் ஈடுபாடு கொண்டவராக இருத்தல் வேண்டும், அல்லது குழந்தை உளவியல், மனநல மருத்துவம், சமூகவியல் அல்லது சட்டம் ஆகியவற்றில் ஏதேனும் ஒரு பட்டம் பெற்று தொழில் புரிபவராக இருத்தல் வேண்டும்.  என தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. தேர்வு செய்யப்படும் .இந்த பணிக்கு குறைந்தபட்சம் 35 வயது முதல் அதிகபட்சம் 65 வயது வரை உள்ள விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம்.

விண்ணப்ப கட்டணம்

Term of Office TN Child Welfare and Special Services Recruitment 2025

Rule 2G of the Tamil Nadu Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules states that “The term of office of the Chairperson of the Committee or a Member of the Board or Committee shall be for a period of three years from the date of on which he enters upon his office. Further member of the Board shall be eligible for re-appointment for a second term of three years:
Provided that such re-appointment shall be made considering the following criteria, namely: –

1. Regular performance appraisals of the member carried out by the District Judge or District Magistrate quarterly as per a specified format, a copy of which shall be made available to the Chairperson and members of the Selection Committee by the Member Secretary;
2. complaints if any, received and addressed by the Selection Committee against the person seeking second tenure; and
3. interaction with such applicant.

Disqualification for the Social Worker Members in Juvenile Justice Board

(A)According to Section 4(4) of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 No person shall be eligible for selection as a Chairperson of the Committee or a Member of the Board or Committee, if he–

1. has any past record of violation of human rights or child rights,
2. has been convicted of an offence involving moral turpitude, and such conviction has not been reversed or has not been granted full pardon in respect of such offence,
3. has been removed or dismissed from service of the Government of India or State Government or an undertaking or corporation owned or controlled by the Government of India or State Government,
4. has ever indulged in child abuse or employment of child labour or immoral act or any other violation of human rights or immoral acts
5. if part of management of a child care institution in a District.

(B) Rule 2F of the Tamil Nadu Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2017 as amended in 2024 states that “No person shall be appointed Chairperson of the Committee or a Member of the Board or Committee, if he

1. is below the age of thirty –five years of above the age of sixty-five years on the
   date of notification;
2. is holding any full-time occupation that may not allow the person to give necessary time and attention to the work of the Board or the Committee as per
   the Act and Rules;
3. is associated with any Child Care Institution, directly or indirectly, during his tenure as a Member of the Board or Committee or have any other conflict of interest.
4. Holds any office in any political party during his tenure or
5. is declared as insolvent by the Competent Court.
